Firearms

Purchase of firearms are non-refundable.

Cerakote

You may request a cancellation of Cerakote  services within 48 business hours(not including weekends or government holidays) of placing your order. Cancellation can also be completed prior to Smokin Gunz receiving the firearm. Once your order has been received by Smoking Gunz, the order cannot be cancelled as we immediately start prepping the firearms to apply cerakote upon receipt. If the firearm is not shipped to smoking gunz within 2 days of the order, or received in store within 3 days of placing an order, the order will be automatically cancelled and lose any special pricing received. 

Accessories

Upon receiving the undamaged and uninstalled part or accessory still in original packaging, you will be refunded the total cost of the product returned minus discounts and the 15% restocking fee.

**All non-Cerakote products may be exchanged or returned up to 21 days from date of purchase (herein defined as the date a product is ordered and payment is submitted through the Site). After 21 days the product will need to be returned to the Manufacturer.
